Check out our newest try at Dutch Oven cooking. We fixed soup beans and cornbread over the open fire. We were really surprised at how well they turned out, especially the cornbread. (We hid the part that burned!!) It is definitely much easier to cook inside on our electric stove but what's the fun in that. With Duane's retirement maybe we will go on the road. Anyone want dinner at their place? We don't charge much and the company ain't too bad either!!

I can see a road trip to Utah coming soon for you, with dutch oven at the Hancock's. Everyone and anybody can come. Duane can cook and I will even clean up!
Come to Logan. We love dutch oven and have plenty of bedrooms.
We have to do dutch oven cooking on our trek. This makes me a little nervous as we are not experienced at all. Maybe we should start practicing! Have any good recipes to share?
